Hi, I'm Rachel!
I've been a licensed mortgage broker for over 15 years, and one of the things I love most about this industry is that no two clients - or life stories - are ever the same.
Over the years, I've worked on all sides of the mortgage world. I've been a broker helping clients secure financing, I've represented lenders and reviewed mortgage applications, and I've even been a borrower myself. That experience gives me a unique perspective on the mortgage process and helps me understand not only how mortgages work, but also what clients are feeling when they're making some of life's biggest financial decisions.
I was raised in Vancouver and have spent much of my life between Vancouver and Calgary, giving me a strong connection to both communities and a deep understanding of the markets and people who call them home.
When I'm not talking mortgages, you'll usually find me spending time with my 10-year-old daughter. We're often at the cheer gym, where she competes in competitive cheerleading, and if you've ever been involved in competitive sports, you know it quickly becomes a family activity! Between practices, competitions, and cheering her on from the sidelines, life stays pretty busy.
Being a parent has taught me that a home is so much more than a financial asset. Home is = where life happens, memories are made, and families build their future together. Being a mom has given me a deep appreciation for what a home really means. It's not just a property or an investment - it's where families gather, milestones are celebrated, and some of life's best memories are made.
